The Universal Human Values (UHV) Cell of R.V.R. & J.C. College of Engineering, Guntur, is constituted in accordance with AICTE guidelines to promote Universal Human Values, ethical conduct, holistic development, and responsible citizenship.
The Cell organizes workshops, faculty development programs, student activities, and awareness initiatives to promote self-exploration, right understanding, harmony, empathy, trust, responsibility, and healthy relationships among all stakeholders.
Through continuous learning, reflection, and practice, the Cell aims to foster right understanding in the individual, prosperity in the family, fearlessness in society, and co-existence with nature, thereby contributing to the development of responsible professionals and socially conscious human beings.

I served as Co-Facilitator for an AICTE-approved Three-Day Introductory Self-Funded Faculty Development Program on Universal Human Values conducted at Mother Theresa Institute of Engineering & Technology, Palamaner, during 10-12 April 2025. This opportunity enabled me to support faculty members in beginning their own journey of self-exploration.
