The Extra-Curricular and Co-Curricular Activities Committee envisions a dynamic, inclusive campus that fosters holistic student development. We aim to empower students to explore their passions, enhance their skills, and emerge as innovative thinkers and responsible global citizens.

Our mission is to complement academic learning by providing diverse platforms for personal growth, leadership, and social engagement. Through cultural events, technical competitions, and community activities, we aim to cultivate essential life skills, creativity, and a sense of social responsibility, preparing students for both professional success and meaningful societal contributions.

Design and implement a calendar of extra-curricular and co-curricular activities, cultural events, technical competitions, workshops, and social initiatives.
Ensure activities cater to diverse student interests, encouraging participation from all sections of the student body.

Budgeting and Resource Management

Allocate funds for activities and manage resources efficiently to ensure the successful execution of events.
Seek sponsorships or partnerships, if necessary, for larger events.

Facilitating Student Engagement

Actively promote events to encourage maximum student participation.
Provide platforms for students to showcase their talents, whether in creative, technical, or athletic domains.
Foster inclusivity by ensuring equal opportunities for all students to engage in activities.

Leadership Development

Identify and support student leaders for various clubs, committees, and event organizing teams.
Provide mentorship and training to student leaders, enhancing their leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Encouraging Teamwork and Collaboration

Promote collaboration among students through group projects, team-based competitions, and community service activities.
Foster a sense of teamwork and camaraderie among students through engaging group-based activities.

Recognizing Student Achievements

Acknowledge and reward students who excel in extra-curricular and co-curricular activities through awards, certificates, or recognition programs.
Highlight student achievements in college newsletters, social media, and during events.
