Objectives:

  1. To strive to recognize and appreciate the dormant multi-talents of students.
  2. To serve as a platform to exhibit and enrich their skills.
  3. To encourage the multi-talents of students through proper guidance.
  4. To develop traits like coordination and team spirit among the students.
  5. To act as a conduit to translate their gifted talents and usher them into joy in a unique way.
  6. To initiate student participation by the formation of a student activities club.

Roles & Responsibilities of EC & CCAC:

  1. Planning and Organizing Events:
    • Design and implement a calendar of extra-curricular and co-curricular activities, cultural events, technical competitions, workshops, and social initiatives.
    • Ensure activities cater to diverse student interests, encouraging participation from all sections of the student body.
  2. Budgeting and Resource Management:
    • Allocate funds for activities and manage resources efficiently to ensure the successful execution of events.
    • Seek sponsorships or partnerships, if necessary, for larger events.
  3. Facilitating Student Engagement:
    • Actively promote events to encourage maximum student participation.
    • Provide platforms for students to showcase their talents, whether in creative, technical, or athletic domains.
    • Foster inclusivity by ensuring equal opportunities for all students to engage in activities.
  4. Leadership Development:
    • Identify and support student leaders for various clubs, committees, and event organizing teams.
    • Provide mentorship and training to student leaders, enhancing their leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  5. Encouraging Teamwork and Collaboration:
    • Promote collaboration among students through group projects, team-based competitions, and community service activities.
    • Foster a sense of teamwork and camaraderie among students through engaging group-based activities.

    • Acknowledge and reward students who excel in extra-curricular and co-curricular activities through awards, certificates, or recognition programs.
