Functions: 1. The function of this committee is to publish a regular magazine that highlights student concerns and activities. 2. It will be a student -led publication that is written by students for students. 3. To update and inform students concerning student relevant topics. 4. To provide a creative platform for student development and participation. 5. To widen student awareness of the union. Responsibilities: The Editor in Chief will do the following: 1. Call and chair meetings. 2. Train and arrange training for all elected student members. 3. Maintain open and continuous communication with executive members and elected committee members. 4. Send articles back to the elected student editor that is not sufficiently developed. 5. Ensure all content is accurate and inoffensive. 6. Do final grammar and spelling edits. The elected student editor will do the following: 1. Attend training as required. 2. Promote the group at all Fresher's, Fairs. 3. Organize work and delegate responsibilities. 4. Maintain open and continuous communication with the other committee members. 5. Collect and select article content from students. 6. Fact checking in articles to ensure that all articles are accurate.
